Ordering Policies


How to Order

• Email, call or meet in person to inquire about stock availability or to specify the custom work that is desired.

• Cash, cheques or electronic payments are accepted.

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of order, with balance due upon completion of work.

• Photographs of your furniture in progress are available upon request.




Policies

• Allow 2-3 weeks for completion of commissioned furniture.

•Deposits are non-refundable for commissioned work.

• All furniture carries a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. There are no cash refunds, but all pieces with defect will be replaced free of charge.

• Damage as a result of shipping will be covered by Montana Woodworks, (please inspect immediately upon receipt and notify delivery person).

• Free delivery and assembly applies to customers within Christchurch, and may extend to other areas of the South Island, depending on scheduled travel and exhibition plans.

 

All prices are in NZ$ and presently not subject to GST.
